Technologies & Processes
- A very well equipped machine park allows us to carry and the most difficult applications performed. In our semi and fully automated manufacturing processes, we adapt our machines and process sequences to the quality and design of the products.
- The tools we use are , depending on the specification, equipped with multiple cavities and a quality product of the toolmaker.
- For assembly production, we have various manual and mechanical process flows at our disposal.
Coextrusion
Our manufacturing portfolio also includes extruded multi-component silicone products, such as cords with metal wire, with textile fibers or reinforced products with braid. We also manufacture parts from two different types of silicone, e.g. solid silicone with foamed silicone, as well as parts made from a mixture of different hardness and colors, extruded.
Vulcanization and Joining of Parts
The custom processing of vulcanized gaskets to form a multidimensional frame as well as the joining of flat silicone plates in different geometries are our specialty.
Cutting, Punching and Fabrication
All profiles made of solid and foamed silicones produced by us can be machine-cut, punched and fabrication. Parts produced in this way have a high manufacturing tolerance and due to the manufacturing process, are a good alternative to an injection-molded article.
Cutting and Fabrication of Sheet Material
For cutting of flat elements from solid or foamed silicone we have CNC production capacities to make e.g. gaskets from different thickness of plates, in any shape, with different number of openings also with adhesive tape.
Printing of Surfaces
In the production of profiles and hoses we are able to print the surface with different color variants according to your specification. The printing consists of any number and figures, is durable and indelible. The inks we use can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries and pharmaceutical industry.
Self-Adhesive Products
Depending on the cross-section of parts, we assemble profiles, profile gaskets (frames), flat gaskets (frames), parts made of silicone sheets according to the customer’s requirements with double-sided adhesive tape. The application of self-adhesive surfaces is possible both for sealing surfaces made of solid and foamed silicone.
Color Design According to Customer Requirements
The raw materials we use are colored according to customer requirements. For this purpose, we use standard colors from the “RAL color palette”. In addition to the standard colors, we are able to offer translucent, fluorescent, luminescent color settings, depending on the possibility.
